  13. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
  14. Train and mentor new maintenance technicians as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Electrical Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Electrical Issues. They Should Also Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Hands-On Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Technical Education: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Role, But A Technical Degree Or Certification In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field Is Highly Preferred. This Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Electrical Principles And Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: Working With Electricity Can Be Dangerous, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Related To Electrical Work. This Includes Proper Handling Of Equipment, Use Of Personal Protective Equipment, And Emergency Procedures.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Maintenance Technicians Are Often Required To Troubleshoot And Fix Complex Electrical Problems, So Strong Problem-Solving Skills Are A Must. The Ability To Think Critically And Come Up With Creative Solutions Is Highly Valued In This Role.

  • Physical Ability: This Role May Require The Technician To Work In Physically Demanding Environments, Such As Climbing Ladders, Working In Tight Spaces, And Carrying Heavy Equipment. A Good Level Of Physical Fitness Is Essential To Perform The Job Effectively And Safely.
