Strong Electrical Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Electrical Issues. They Should Also Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Hands-On Experience In A Similar Role.
Technical Education: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Role, But A Technical Degree Or Certification In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field Is Highly Preferred. This Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Electrical Principles And Techniques.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: Working With Electricity Can Be Dangerous, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Related To Electrical Work. This Includes Proper Handling Of Equipment, Use Of Personal Protective Equipment, And Emergency Procedures.
