Instructional Design Specialist
Investigates and evaluates technical and soft skill training gaps, establishes objectives, and designs content to meet the business needs. Performs analysis and assesses the effectiveness of training programs to determine content relevancy, trainer efficacy, trainee satisfaction and provides feedback. Manages program design projects; maintains project plan; scopes resource requirements; while collaborating with business partners and subject matter experts. Collaborates with Commercial Marketing team to ensure proper training design and consistent delivery methodology. Consults with management regarding organizational effectiveness and employee development needs. Researches and recommends the use of customer materials for organizational development and performance improvement projects.
4 or more years of experience working with Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult education concepts with an ability to identify appropriate delivery methods
Ability to manage large design and development projects from conception, through design and development, implementation and evaluation.
