Job Description

Supervise production workers in the performance of their duties safely. Monitor all work activities and take corrective action to resolve problems in a timely manner. Supervise the orientation and job training of new employees, and evaluate their progress. Conduct pre-shift safety huddles at the start of shift. Prepare work orders and notify maintenance of any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns. Ensure quality standards are maintained and scrap is minimized. Ensure positive labor-management relationship is maintained. Maintain clean, orderly, safe work areas.
