Job Description

  1. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems within air separation units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Conduct inspections and tests on electrical components to identify and address any potential issues or malfunctions.
  3. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for air separation units.
  4. Respond to emergency situations and conduct repairs on electrical systems as needed.
  5. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any significant findings or concerns to management.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in air separation technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source necessary parts and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians on proper maintenance techniques and procedures.
  10. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems in air separation units.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams to troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that may impact production.
  13. Actively participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Knowledge Of Electrical Systems, Including Ac And Dc Circuits, Motor Controls, And Industrial Electrical Components.

  • Experience With Air Separation Units: Previous Experience Working With Air Separation Units Is A Must For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of The Various Processes And Equipment Used In These Units.

  • Troubleshooting Skills: An Air Separation Unit Electrical Technician Should Be Able To Quickly Diagnose And Troubleshoot Electrical Issues, And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Attention To Safety: Safety Is A Top Priority In The Industrial Environment, And The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working In A Hazardous Environment.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Work Schedules And Be Flexible In Their Approach To Work. They Should Also Be Able To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
