
Workforce Analyst
The United States Department of Labor is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Workforce Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the development and implementation of workforce strategies that enhance the workforce and organizational effectiveness of the Department. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, collaborative, and has a passion for making a difference.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in a workforce-related field. You should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience with labor and workforce development programs, as well as knowledge of public sector employment, is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce strategies that enhance the workforce and organizational effectiveness of the Department
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective implementation of strategies
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Analyze data and develop reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide technical expertise to support the development and implementation of workforce strategies
- Stay up to date on labor and workforce development programs and public sector employment
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce strategies
- Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders
- Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
