Job Description

The United States Department of Labor is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing program support to various departments and initiatives within the organization. The Program Specialist will be a key player in developing and managing programs, ensuring that programs are meeting their goals and objectives.   • Collaborate with other departments to ensure program objectives are achieved.
  • Provide program support to various departments and initiatives.
  • Monitor program progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to program participants.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare written reports on program activities.
  • Make presentations to promote program initiatives.
  • Work independently and within a team to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date on program guidelines and regulations.
