- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
- Coordinate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and engaging.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with external training providers to source and deliver specialized training programs as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development, making recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, room reservations, and equipment setup.
- Communicate and promote training opportunities to employees, encouraging participation and engagement.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on career development and growth opportunities within the company.
- Ensure all training materials and resources are easily accessible and organized for future use.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive training materials and information.
- Continuously seek feedback from employees and managers to improve training programs and processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while conducting training sessions.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Training And Development, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training Coordination Or Related Role, Preferably In The Transportation Or Railroad Industry.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Levels Of Employees And Departments.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design, As Well As Experience With Training Software And Tools.
