  1. Develop and implement training programs for Union Pacific Railroad employees.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to determine training needs and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Coordinating And Delivering Training Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization Or In The Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Training Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Learning Management Systems.
