
Training Coordinator

- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels, including new hires, current employees, and management.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant content.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics, such as booking venues and arranging for necessary equipment and materials.
- Communicate training opportunities and requirements to employees, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
- Utilize various training methods, such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and online learning, to cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the company's training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress, and provide regular reports to management.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any training-related concerns or suggestions.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training programs with company goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve the training process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations, in the development and delivery of training programs.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
- Attend conferences and workshops to stay current on training and development trends and bring back new ideas to the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Coordinating And Managing Training Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Training Principles, Techniques, And Tools, Including E-Learning Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels.
Knowledge Of Railroad Operations And Safety Regulations Is Preferred.
