Job Description

  1. Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels, including new hires, current employees, and management.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant content.
  3. Coordinate training schedules and logistics, such as booking venues and arranging for necessary equipment and materials.
  4. Communicate training opportunities and requirements to employees, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
  5. Utilize various training methods, such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and online learning, to cater to different learning styles.
  6. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the company's training programs remain relevant and effective.
  8. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress, and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.
  10. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any training-related concerns or suggestions.
  11. Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training programs with company goals and objectives.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve the training process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations, in the development and delivery of training programs.
  14. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
  15. Attend conferences and workshops to stay current on training and development trends and bring back new ideas to the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Coordinating And Managing Training Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Training Principles, Techniques, And Tools, Including E-Learning Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels.

  • Knowledge Of Railroad Operations And Safety Regulations Is Preferred.
