  1. Coordinate and implement training programs for employees to ensure continuous learning and development.
  2. Work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.
  3. Create and maintain training schedules and materials, ensuring all necessary resources are available for training sessions.
  4. Monitor and track employee training progress and report on training effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content to align with company goals and objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
  7. Communicate and promote training initiatives to employees, encouraging participation and engagement.
  8. Provide support and guidance to trainers and trainees during training sessions.
  9. Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  10. Keep accurate records of training activities and maintain training databases.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training and development.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of new training strategies and initiatives.
  13. Collaborate with HR and managers to identify training needs for new hires and existing employees.
  14. Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with employees and management to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Training And Development, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Coordinating And Implementing Training Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Platforms.
