
Training Coordinator

- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials preparation.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address those needs.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops using a variety of instructional techniques and methods.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools.
- Monitor training budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications.
- Communicate with employees and managers to promote and encourage participation in training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during training sessions.
- Collaborate with external vendors to provide specialized training as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the training program.
- Provide support and guidance to new employees during the onboarding process.
- Serve as a liaison between employees, managers, and external training providers.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.
Proficiency In Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Facilitate Training Sessions.
