- Work closely with department managers to identify training needs and create effective training plans.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring that all employees are aware of the training opportunities available.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools, making improvements as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating them into our company's training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking training assistance or resources.
- Monitor and track training progress and participation, providing regular reports to management.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance our training programs.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting our culture and values.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training Coordination Or Related Role.
Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Engage Employees At All Levels.
Familiarity With Railroad Operations And Safety Regulations, As Well As Experience With Training On Safety Procedures And Protocols.
