A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Educational Qualification.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Dispatching Role, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.
Knowledge Of Railroad Operations, Including Train Schedules, Routes, And Safety Protocols.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Train Crews, Track Personnel, And Other Dispatchers.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment And Make Quick Decisions In Emergency Situations.
