  12. Participate in the development of annual budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost control.
  13. Implement sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in the supply chain.
  14. Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization to promote cross-functional collaboration.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and process improvement in the supply chain.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Railroad Industry.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Distribution.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals.
