  1. Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
  4. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and services.
  5. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal departments.

  10. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Foster a culture of safety and accountability within the supply chain team.
  13. Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to drive overall business objectives.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Railroad Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Principles, Including Inventory Management, Transportation Planning, And Vendor Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Dot Regulations, Hazmat Handling, And Freight Routing.
