  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and improve efficiency.
  3. Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best quality and prices for materials.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to production facilities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Railroad Or Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, As Well As Experience With Supply Chain Management Software And Systems.
