  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and sales, to ensure effective communication and coordination in the supply chain process.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain activities, including inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  8. Lead, mentor, and train a team of supply chain professionals to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  9. Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and operations.
  10. Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and other partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Railroad Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
