Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Railroad Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Mitigation Strategies.
Knowledge Of Relevant Risk Management And Compliance Regulations, Such As The Federal Railroad Administration (Fra) And The Surface Transportation Board (Stb).
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Risk Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
