  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and data related to risk management.
  4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and potential risks, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to risk management and ensure compliance within the organization.
  7. Communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders, including management and employees.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of crisis management plans to handle potential risks and emergencies.
  9. Conduct trainings and presentations to educate employees on risk management best practices and procedures.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of risk assessments, mitigation plans, and other relevant documentation.
  11. Collaborate with external partners, such as insurance companies, to ensure proper coverage for potential risks.
  12. Participate in risk management meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve overall risk management efforts.
  13. Identify and report any safety concerns or violations observed during risk assessments or daily operations.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to safety and risk management by following all established procedures and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Business Administration.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Identify Potential Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
