- Record and Document Findings: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality inspections, including findings, corrective actions taken, and follow-up measures.
- Communicate with Team: Collaborate with other team members and departments to communicate quality issues, provide feedback, and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the organization.
- Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures: Continuously evaluate and improve quality control procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives to drive continuous improvement in quality standards, processes, and procedures.
- Uphold Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Assurance Processes And Procedures, Including Iso 9001 Standards And Six Sigma Methodologies.
Attention To Detail: A Quality Assurance Inspector Must Be Detail-Oriented And Have A Keen Eye For Identifying Potential Quality Issues. They Should Be Able To Conduct Thorough Inspections And Document Any Findings Accurately.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role As The Quality Assurance Inspector Will Need To Communicate Findings, Recommendations, And Corrective Action Plans To Various Teams And Stakeholders.
Experience In Railroad Industry: Prior Experience Working In The Railroad Industry, Particularly With Union Pacific Railroad, Is Preferred. This Will Ensure A Thorough Understanding Of Industry-Specific Quality Standards And Regulations.
