  13. Train and Mentor Junior Purchasing Agents: Train and mentor junior purchasing agents to develop their skills and ensure consistency in purchasing practices.
  14. Continuously Improve Processes: Continuously review and improve purchasing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent Union Pacific: Represent Union Pacific in a professional and positive manner when interacting with suppliers and other external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
