- Conducting thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities, reliability, and pricing.
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, favorable terms, and discounts to maximize cost savings for the company.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Creating and managing purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and providing them with timely and efficient procurement support.
- Analyzing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the procurement process.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Purchasing, Procurement, Or Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Laws, Regulations, And Processes Related To Purchasing And Procurement.
Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Purchasing Software Or Erp Systems.
