Bachelor's Degree In Business, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Transportation Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Railroad Operations, Including Safety Regulations And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
