  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the railroad network to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services.
  2. Monitor train schedules and make adjustments as needed to maintain on-time performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role Within The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Railroad Operations, Including Safety Regulations And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Teams And Optimizing Operational Processes To Increase Efficiency And Productivity.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Quick And Effective Decisions In High-Pressure Situations.
