- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Union Pacific Railroad's brand and services to customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Coordinate and attend industry events to promote Union Pacific Railroad and build relationships with potential customers.
- Monitor and track marketing metrics, including ROI, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Utilize social media and other digital marketing platforms to reach and engage with target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Marketing Role, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Analytics, Including Seo, Sem, And Social Media.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With External Partners.
Knowledge Of The Transportation Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs.
