  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Union Pacific Railroad brand and services.
  2. Create engaging and impactful marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and trends in the transportation industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  6. Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  9. Develop and maintain marketing materials and collateral, including digital and print assets.
  10. Support sales teams by providing marketing materials and resources to facilitate customer engagement and conversion.
  11. Coordinate and execute events and sponsorships to promote the Union Pacific brand.
  12. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all marketing channels.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the Union Pacific Railroad brand image and messaging.
  14. Support the overall growth and success of the company through innovative and effective marketing efforts.
  15. Uphold the Union Pacific Railroad values of safety, integrity, respect, and excellence in all marketing initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
