  1. Coordinate and manage all logistics processes, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery, to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
  2. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics plans.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, such as carriers and suppliers, to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues or concerns.
  4. Monitor and analyze transportation costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
  6. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays, proactively communicating updates and solutions to all stakeholders.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and developments, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing best practices.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Participate in regular training and development activities to improve knowledge and skills related to logistics operations.
  11. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Logistics Operations, Preferably In The Railroad Or Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Logistics Processes.

  • Proficiency In Using Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Tms, And Wms.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Organizational Skills.
