- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure minimal disruption to IT systems in the event of an emergency.
- Maintain data security and integrity, implementing and enforcing appropriate protocols and measures.
- Participate in budget planning and management for IT systems and equipment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In It Support Or Related Field.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Networking Principles, Server And Desktop Operating Systems, And Network Security.
Familiarity With Enterprise Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
