  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's mission and values.
  2. Coordinate and oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  5. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address HR needs and provide support in resolving employee conflicts.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and procedures are in line with company standards and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels and develop initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
  8. Support diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting a culture of respect and equal opportunities for all employees.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies.
  10. Implement and manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with any related inquiries.
  11. Coordinate and organize company-wide events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and well-being.
  12. Assist with the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices across the organization.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or company leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In The Transportation Industry

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
