As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of the company by managing various HR tasks and initiatives.   1. Manage HR tasks and processes: The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  2. Support employee development: This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting employee development initiatives, such as training and professional development programs, to ensure the growth and success of our employees.
  3. Maintain employee records and data: The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
  4. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures: The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws.
  5. Provide support for recruitment and onboarding: This role will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and coordinating interviews. They will also help with the onboarding process for new hires.
  6. Coordinate employee benefits and payroll: The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  7. Assist with employee relations: The Coordinator will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns and assist with resolving any issues that may arise.
  8. Support HR projects and initiatives: This role will assist with various HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
  9. Communicate effectively: The Coordinator will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  10. Maintain confidentiality: The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Coordination Or Related Role.
