  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR related inquiries and concerns.
  2. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and completing new hire paperwork.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  5. Administer and track employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off requests.
  6. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and addressing performance issues.
  7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  8. Keep up-to-date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Handle sensitive and confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  11. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and serve as a liaison between employees and management.
  12. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related topics, such as career development, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
  13. Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding processes.
  14. Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with employees and serve as a representative of the company's values and culture.
