- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and completing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Administer and track employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off requests.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and addressing performance issues.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

- Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding processes.
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
