  1. Provide assistance and support to the HR department in all areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for employees and new hires, answering questions and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal and employment information, performance evaluations, and training records.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and new hire orientations.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  6. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  7. Work closely with the HR team to identify and address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  8. Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  9. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as company announcements, policy updates, and employee newsletters.
  10. Support the performance management process by tracking and reporting on employee performance, providing guidance to managers, and helping to coordinate performance reviews.
  11. Assist with the coordination and facilitation of employee training and development programs.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and efficient employee experience.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Administrative Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Compliance Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proficiency In Hris Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
