  1. Provide HR support: Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate support to employees and management. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain employee records: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and benefits information. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Assist with recruitment: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, post job openings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and extend job offers. Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
  4. Conduct orientation and training: Plan and conduct new employee orientation programs to introduce them to the company's culture, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and facilitate training programs on HR-related topics, such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
  5. Manage benefits administration: Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Serve as the liaison between employees and benefit providers, and assist with open enrollment and other benefits-related tasks.
  6. Support performance management: Assist with the performance review process, including scheduling and tracking reviews, providing guidance to managers and employees, and maintaining performance records.
  7. Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices. Recommend and implement changes to policies and procedures as needed.
  8. Handle employee relations: Act as a mediator and provide guidance on employee relations issues, such as conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary actions. Work with management to address and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain HR metrics: Compile and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to management. Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training completion, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  10. Support HR projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Employees And Managers

  • Proven Experience In Handling Confidential And Sensitive Information With Discretion And Professionalism
