
Human Resources Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, scheduling meetings and interviews, and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including verifying employment eligibility and conducting background checks.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR databases.
- Communicate with employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other employment-related information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers.
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee training programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide support for employee separation processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR to make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Manage HR projects, such as updating employee handbooks and implementing new HR initiatives.
- Participate in creating a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide support for employee relations issues and escalate to HR leadership when necessary.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as assigned by HR leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Coordination Or Related Role
Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws And Regulations
