  1. Support employee recruitment and onboarding processes by assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  3. Assist with employee benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  4. Facilitate and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, and escalate issues to appropriate HR or management personnel.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  7. Coordinate employee performance evaluations and provide support for performance management processes.
  8. Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  9. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  10. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  14. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  15. Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Transportation Or Industrial Setting

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Accordingly.
