- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent to the company.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires.
- Manage employee training and development programs to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
- Monitor and track employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement or advancement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives.
- Communicate and promote company values, culture, and goals to employees.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR metrics and analytics.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and represent the HR department in a positive and professional manner.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Administrative Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact And Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Experience With Hr Information Systems And Software, Such As Adp, Peoplesoft, Or Workday.
