As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and ensuring that our company continues to thrive.   1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
  2. Oversee and manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  3. Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any HR-related concerns or issues.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  5. Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
  6. Manage and administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
  7. Assist with the resolution of employee conflicts or disputes.
  8. Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address any staffing needs or concerns.
  10. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and retention strategies.
  11. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment through promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  12. Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Support the HR team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
  17. Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement within the HR department.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Transportation Industry
