
Human Resources Coordinator

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, and benefits information.
- Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs.
- Manage and maintain employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related questions or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in the performance review process by scheduling meetings, collecting and organizing feedback, and updating employee records.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any HR-related needs or issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback and suggestions to management on how to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr Coordination Or Related Role
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The Transportation Industry
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
