  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders to promote a positive work environment.
  2. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  3. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, such as benefits, compensation, and workplace policies.
  4. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and new hire orientation.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  7. Collaborate with management to address and resolve employee relations issues.
  8. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving employee retention.
  9. Prepare and analyze HR reports, including turnover rates, performance evaluations, and diversity metrics.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety and diversity initiatives within the company.
  11. Stay informed and up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for policy updates.
  12. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence within the organization.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the employee experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Coordination Or Support Role.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc, Ada, And Fmla.

  • Strong Organizational And Administrative Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
