As a coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.   1. Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding all human resources related matters, including but not limited to benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  2. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEOC, FMLA, and ADA.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  4. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, onboarding, and training programs.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  6. Process payroll and benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  7. Support the recruitment and hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  8. Collaborate with managers to address and resolve employee relations issues.
  9. Coordinate and organize company events and activities to promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
  10. Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  12. Stay current on industry best practices and trends in human resources.
  13. Assist with data analysis and reporting related to HR metrics and trends.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
