  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Union Pacific Railroad customers.
  2. Serve as a representative of the company and maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanor at all times.
  3. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests related to transportation services.
  4. Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to accurately assist customers.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the company to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  11. Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while on the job.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Representative At Union Pacific Railroad Should Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.
