  1. Develop and implement communication strategies that align with Union Pacific Railroad's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all internal and external communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, social media, and website content.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and timely communication across the organization.
  4. Act as a liaison between Union Pacific Railroad and external stakeholders, such as media outlets, customers, and community organizations.
  5. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.

  10. Train and mentor team members on effective communication techniques and company messaging.
  11. Coordinate and organize company events and initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders.
  12. Actively participate in meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving communication processes.
  13. Maintain and uphold the company's brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure cohesive and unified messaging across all communication channels.
  15. Handle any other communication-related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Marketing Role, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging Content For Various Platforms And Audiences

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Social Media Management Tools

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
