- Develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with the company's mission and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, social media content, and company newsletters.
- Serve as the main point of contact for media relations and manage all media inquiries and requests.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Create and maintain a strong social media presence for the company, including the development of engaging content and management of social media accounts.
- Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing and promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as media outlets, industry organizations, and community groups.
- Conduct research and stay informed on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.
- Assist with crisis communication strategies and provide support in handling any potential PR issues.
- Manage the company's internal communication platforms, including employee newsletters and intranet.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize and promote company events and initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the railroad industry and the company's operations to accurately communicate information to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve communication strategies to effectively reach target audiences.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting the company's mission and values in all communication efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Or Transportation Industry Setting.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Write For A Variety Of Audiences And Mediums.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Social Media Platforms And Digital Communications Strategies.
