In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety and efficiency of all food and nutrition services. To be successful, you must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, have a strong understanding of food safety and nutrition, and be a great communicator and team player.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a food service or health care setting, a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field, and demonstrated expertise in food safety standards and practices. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all day-to-day operations of the food and nutrition services team.
2. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, nutritional standards and quality control protocols.
3. Monitor food inventory, food costs and ordering of supplies.
4. Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedures are followed in the kitchen and dining areas.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the quality of the services provided.
6. Train and supervise staff in food safety and nutrition practices.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customer needs are met.
8. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
9. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
10. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
