Stock Clerk

The Stock Clerk will be responsible for receiving stock items, keeping accurate records of inventory, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of supplies to departments across the hospital. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have a proven track record of success in a similar role.To be considered, applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years’ experience in a stock clerk role, and excellent time management and customer service skills. Responsibilities of the Stock Clerk include:

1. Receive and store stock items in accordance with organizational standards.

4. Ensure stock items are stored properly and in good condition.
5. Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
6. Follow up on any discrepancies or issues with stock deliveries.
7. Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Utilize hospital supply management systems to track and manage stock.
9. Adhere to all safety and quality regulations and policies.
10. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
