
Scheduling/Customer Service Representative
At UNC Health Care, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Scheduling/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to excellence in customer service, and the ability to work with a diverse customer base.We are looking for a Scheduling/Customer Service Representative with at least one year of customer service experience and familiarity with medical office procedures. The candidate should be able to multitask with ease and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries is essential. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on one’s feet. A positive attitude and a commitment to customer service excellence is also a must.
