Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 7 years of clinical nursing experience who is ready to take your career to the next level? UNC Health Care is looking for a RN Director - Nursing Business Operations to join our team!In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your clinical and managerial expertise to lead and develop the nursing business operations program. We are looking for a passionate leader with the ability to inspire others to create a positive and productive environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, and at least 7 years of clinical nursing experience. Experience managing or leading a team in a healthcare setting is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop the nursing business operations program.
  2. Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with staff and other stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  4. Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics and outcomes.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure objectives are achieved.
  6. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  7. Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality of care.
  9. Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  10. Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in nursing business operations.
