Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills to join UNC Health Care as an Administrative Coordinator/Nursing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Nursing team and working with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the unit. You will be a key member of the team, helping to coordinate, delegate, and facilitate activities to maximize efficiency. To excel in this role, you must have a current RN license and two years of nursing experience, as well as a strong understanding of hospital and medical equipment and processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

  9. Monitor and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  10. Collect and analyze data related to the Nurse team's activities.
