
Population Health Support Specialist
UNC Health Care is searching for an experienced Population Health Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the qualifications and skills necessary to provide excellent customer service and support to patients, healthcare providers, and other healthcare staff. The Population Health Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Population Health department. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Additionally, the Population Health Support Specialist must be adept at multitasking and possess a strong attention to detail.Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience• At least three years of administrative support experience• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices• Exceptional customer service skills• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software applications• Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Population Health department.
- Identify and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and other healthcare staff in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practices.
- Manage customer service inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff to achieve goals and objectives.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other related software applications.
- Assist with research and data analysis projects.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
