UNC Health Care is looking for an experienced and dedicated Phlebotomist who is committed to providing exceptional patient care. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients in a professional and efficient manner. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and takes pride in their work.The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting. The successful candidate must be certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology or equivalent. Additionally, the successful candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to perform venipuncture and capillary techniques. The successful candidate must also be comfortable working with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture and capillary techniques.

- Provide feedback and recommendations to the laboratory manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.
